Asking the Right Question

You are so young- You have 60 or 70 or even 80 years ahead of you, but do not be fooled- THEY GO FAST!

As time passes, I hope you accumulate stories that start with- “I used to have the cutest apartment in ______”; and “When I was travelling in ____”.   Not stories that start with ” I was going to____” or “I always wanted to____”

Of course you’ll make mistakes. It is unavoidable. And some of them will be hard to get through. But don’t make the mistake of not taking any chances. Don’t make the mistake of believing that playing it safe will save you from mistakes, it won’t. Trying to avoid mistakes may be the biggest mistake of all.

So get out there. Try some stuff. What if it fails? That’s a question you can ask yourself. But here’s a better question to ask-What if it succeeds?
